How will you navigate life in the age of democratic destruction, ecological collapse, and economic irrelevance?

My name is Jared Brock, I’m an award-winning Christian author, speaker, documentarian, futurist, and founding editor of Common Faith.

The church is asleep at the wheel, and I’m sounding the alarm.

In this newsletter and podcast, I try to provide a unique perspective on the corporate state and our individualist-consumerist anti-culture, analyzing the issues through the lens of scripture, faith, Christian history, power, politics, economics, fairness, sustainability, and stewardship, equipping readers with the understanding necessary to face what’s coming and to position themselves for an unpredictable future.

What Future Faith is not

This isn’t some church-bashing deconstructionist blog, nor is it a holy huddle neocon retrenchment movement. I believe that the presence of Christ and His embodied church is the hope of the world, full stop.

The Future Faith tent is huge, but we don’t sacrifice truth for unity. Among our thousands of readers are hyper-left wokesters and die-hard far-right libertarians. Almost every article receives backlash from both sides. My goal isn’t to make you agree with anything I say—it’s to push us all to meet at the cross, at the foot of the Savior who’s redeemed our lives and asks us to live out this question in light of His sacrifice:

How, then, shall we live?

All of my writing and podcast episodes are free. We need to find the others and build our community while there’s still time. I’d love your help in sharing these ideas far and wide.

Share Future Faith

At the same time, if you’d like to help support my work and give us the ability to produce more of it, then please consider becoming a gospel patron by contributing $5 a month as a member of our team (or $50 for the whole year). Or buy some books or films, or just be extra-diligent about sharing every article far and wide.

Either way, sign up now so you don’t miss an issue or episode.
